The attribute abundant MPSXX Air Data Test Set variety empower accelerated calibration of altimeters, airspeed indicators, Mach gauges, vertical speed indicators, Air Data Computers (ADC), testing of Angle of Attack (AoA) system probes and other avionic pitot-static parts. Characteristics include:

Dual channel instruments in the range contain the ultra streamlined MPS43 that weighs under 4Kg while providing automatic control that is complete with RVSM precision. In addition to our latest civil range ADTS, the MPS45 we also have the MPS34C that provides lab accuracy on the flightline. The 3 channel string of instruments control three pressures individually and individually to check the Angle of Attack (AoA) along with Static Electricity and Pitot pressures, for use with 'Smart' type pitot tubes. Our latest 3 channel device is the MPS49 with the MPS39C also being available. The MPS40C is a 4 station ADTS with 2 channels of AoA.



MPS49 test sets and the most recent MPS45 offer up to 12 switched output ports, extended calibration period and other improved specifications and capabilities.

All the ramp/flight line ADTS are mobile and can also be used in the lab. ADWIN PC applications enables control of the test systems from a conventional PC. In all models insignificant heat is generated by low power consumption and allows the greatest precision available today. Optionally the ADTS can be remotely controlled by a tablet PC with Bluetooth connection (no cables needed). The user interface ensures all the functions are easily controlled with no less than key strokes. The devices are all ready for use and within the precision band at the conclusion of the initialisation / self test procedure.

All the Air Data Test Sets have battery power fitted as standard or available as an option. This enables the evaluation sets to be controlled away from ac power or to continue to be used during power failure. The streamlined MPS43 has battery power just for safe return to ground conditions.

All models are supplied complete with internal pumps running 'on demand' to achieve maximum life duration and low electrical power consumption. Noise level is quite low, a welcome attribute when the ADTS is employed in the workshop.

30 User test profiles are executable and programmable with 26 test points, empowering repetitive evaluations such as FAR43 testing to readily be performed with high repeatability.

Calibration is achieved through user correction of calibration constants with no requirement for hardware adjustments.

Lab Air Data Test Sets
DMA is a leading producer for lab use attaining the highest accuracy and resolution of Air Data Test Set versions. The MPS46 is digitally controlled through a keyboard, it uses very high precision pressure sensors, with a specific characterisation for maximum accuracy (for static channel 2 feet at sea level). Pressure resolution of 0.2 Pa.is also achievable. The intuitive user interface with touch screen display ensures that the functions are controlled with at least key presses . The ADTS may be used in avionics ATE systems (stand height only 2U) for automated pitot-static testing through RS232, USB, Ethernet or GPIB/IEEE488. An internal pump or outside rack mounted pump unit can be furnished as an option. - pitot static systems
